Beautiful finca the countryside 5 km from the town of Muro, 13 km from the beaches of Muro and the airport 43 km away.
The villa is surrounded by a lot of vegetation, with a very well-kept garden with orange trees, palm trees and grass. This house offers all the comforts and decoration to taste, where you can enjoy tranquility.
The stable house is distributed on two floors that communicate internally, the upper floor consists of a room with a 1.50 * 2 meter bed, this same room has a complete bathroom en suite.
The lower floor consists of two double bedrooms.
The first of them en suite has two single beds of 1.05 * 2 meters.
The second room also en suite has two single beds of 0.90 * 1.90 meters.
Large living room with access to the kitchen with a beautiful fireplace for cold winter days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with access to a covered and well furnished terrace with a perfect barbecue for days of meetings with friends or family.
The beautiful and spacious terrace with hammocks and good shade, has a pool of 10 meters long by 4.5 wide.

The house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.
