We just stayed with my daughters fast pitch team for a week while at Nationals. Absolutely the best treatment a team could ask for. We were allowed to use the breakfast area for team meals and hanging out playing cards and games. The owner/ manager Sam was exceptionally hospitable, coming to watch 3 games ( and was a vocal supporter!)and treating the team and families to pizza and wings. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Thank you Sam and staff!! Hope to see you again!
We had been traveling for 10 days and had stayed in various 'superior' hotels. The Ramada Inn in Lloydminister was by far the cleanest, and best maintained hotel we visited. The room was bright, and impeccable! The lady at reception was superb, a sincere and warm smile and attitude, welcoming us warmly! When we travel through Lloydminister, this will most definitely be our way point!
From the moment I walked in the front door of this hotel, I was greeted like a friend. I did not have a reservation, but the young lady quickly checked and secured a room for us and as requested, put us in a quiet area of the hotel. The hotel was impeccably clean. They had a complimentary breakfast which was lovely. The dining room staff was very friendly and quickly re filled any necessary items. Wonderful experience and I would definitely stay again.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly lady working behind the desk. She promptly checked us in, provided us with our necessary wifi info, and directed us to our room. The elevator is a bit slow, and the walk down the hallway had me worried, as it sounded hollow - so I feared how noisy the rooms would be. We opened the door and walked into a clean, brightly sunlit room (photo attached). The carpet could be updated, but aside from that, it was nice. The sleep in the bed was lovely. The shower had excellent pressure - and interesting settings. The bathroom should be rearranged, as you either need the door closed or sit with it little an inch from the toilet bowl. The free breakfast isn't anything fancy or special, but hey, it's free :") We had a good stay, and would stay here again. Great location - easy access to a lot of things to do. Lots of free parking.
The night clerk was kind of slow but very methodical. The rooms are clean and in good repair. They are aged but have been maintained. Quiet but seems to be frequented by oil patch workers. I believe they were staying there on an extended basis while working at the local refinery. Breakfast was pretty much uninteresting and I would skip it. The food is pretty lame. Definitely go across the street to a restaurant or coffee shop.
We stayed for one night in May 2017. Wilma at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. The evening reception was a nice touch. They offered beer, red wine, cheese and crackers as well as some other munchies. The continental breakfast was tasty and offered a good selection of items.
Located very close to shopping and other businesses'. Right on Hwy 16. Awesome Karaoke across the street on Friday nights!! Reception very pleasant. Check in was quick. Check out was quicker... Great breakfast! Room, very clean. Smoking rooms and pet friendly! Will stay here again.
Dated hotel. Ice machine didn't work. Rooms were clean but rooms carried noise very bad. Breakfast was ok for continent breakfast. Could use more front desk staff. Likely won't stay again. Not much for teams to do - no hot tub, games room or pool etc.
Hotel was amazingly clean, service was great and the complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake. Overall impressed for a complimentary non restaurant breakfast. The room was nicely fashioned and the bathroom was upgraded nicely including a great shower with plenty of hot water which is rare these days.
Great place. First off a shout out to Claire, who checked me in, handled the whole breakfast and checked me out. I don't think she sleeps. She is warm and friendly and really good at her job. Management give her a raise!! My room was clean, well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.
