Semi-detached house located on the seafront, with magnificent views of Les Tonyines de Llançà beach. It is divided into two levels. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with fireplace and american kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave. We also find a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and a large garden terrace with views of the sea anddirect access to the beach. The second level consists of a large double bedroom (double bed of 150 cm) with a terrace overlooking the sea, another with single beds of 90 cm with access to a large terrace and the solarium and a complete bathroom. Equipped with TV, washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning in the living-room and the main bedroom.Capacity for 6 people. Includes outdoor parking space. Direct access to the beach. Its complete equipment and its privileged location - far from the hustle and bustle of the center and just 20m from the beach - make it a unique and ideal house to enjoy, whether with family or friends, an unforgettable holiday in the Costa Brava.
