The villa was built in the 70's (and has been restored in winter 2021), on the top of the promontory of La Bateria, overlooking the harbor and the sea to the north, and to the south the village and the mountains that make up the Natural Parks of Cap de Creus and La Albera. The house is divided into 3 floors independent of each other and that make up 3 apartments (2 private, 1 summer rental), which is an advantage for its occupants in search of privacy and tranquility. The apartment is spacious, with large rooms and beautiful views from all its windows. It offers a bright living room, independent kitchen, terrace with furniture, 1 complete renovated bathroom and two toilets (W.C.), and air conditioning controlled by a coin-operated meter. The house, whose main facade faces the street, is surrounded by a private sloping garden and a green area, with no neighbors other than those on the other side of the street. On both sides, there are 2 neighboring staircases that communicate directly with the village. It is recommended, in any case, own car for your displacements in the surroundings and your important purchases.
