Welcome to our cozy retreat on Fenwick Street, Liverpool. This inviting 2-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable stay with one double bed and three twin beds, perfect for families or groups. Enjoy the convenience of two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright, spacious living area. Located in the heart of Liverpool you'll be close to local attractions, dining, and shopping. Ideal for both short and long stays, this apartment provides a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Halifax House is a newly-decorated duplex property right in the heart of Liverpool. Located in a Grade II listed heritage building, this apartment offers an ideal setting to experience the city's rich history while discovering all it has to offer.
With two bedrooms and a spacious living room, there is plenty of space. With its central location, it caters to both leisure and business travellers, with Liverpool ONE, Albert Dock and the business district just minutes away on foot.

Our apartment features two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms and a spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. Beautifully designed with modern and stylish interiors, it's the perfect place to enjoy a city break in Liverpool.

Bright and airy with huge windows the living area boasts a sofa bed which converts to a double bed for extra sleeping space if required.

The dining area offers a glass table and dining chairs whilst the kitchen is equipped with an oven, a hob, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, dishwasher, washing machine a fridge freezer!

The master bedroom is a tranquil with a double bed and a single bed. It benefits from a hanging rail and an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower, WC, and wash basin. The second bedroom is another comfy space boasting 2 single beds.

Decorated with modern tiles and small artificial plants, the family bathroom is contemporary and clean. You'll find a large walk in shower, WC, and a wash basin in this space.

Our apartment is furnished with modern design, boasting laminated vinyl flooring in the living spaces, carpet flooring in the bedrooms, and complemented by unique art pieces, ensuring a delightful stay away from home.

Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure door lock code. Full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

The check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am . An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay. It's a historic Grade II listed building that has kept its quaint interiors. The apartment is on level 1.

• The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise, please respect our neighbours.

• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

This is a lovely, well-equipped apartment in a perfect location near the Albert Dock. It is clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We particularly appreciated that Sarah and Mike had put in Christmas decorations as we were there for Christmas. We also appreciated the good communications and quick answers to questions.

Clean, comfortable and spacy

Absolutely loved this unit. Layout was spacious and private for 2 couples. Kitchen was well apportioned. All aspects of apartment were super clean and comfortable. Common areas were also clean and free of clutter and usage wear. Locations was quiet yet only 1.5 blocks from lively commercial district. Easy walking commute to various tourist attractions in all directions, whether waterfront, Beatles area, or commercial shopping and dining. Would definitely rent this unit again and recommend it to any party seeking 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.
