the room was very clean and pleasant.. white fresh bedding and beds you dont want to get out of. pillows are so nice and soft slept really well.. this hotel is quiet but full as opposite the echo arena . the staff are fantastic and the breakfast is help your self eat all you want at 10.00 per person excellent value for money. also has a costa coffee on site.. outside is the liverpool wheel and near albert dock and the town and the bus rides
A one night stop over in Liverpool. The room was clean and tidy and we had a great view of the ferris wheel and arena stadium. Breakfast the next morning was a full continental breakfast. A great way to start the day again.
Was very nice stay, I like the room colour. Our outside view from the room was not that good. I asked them to extend one more night and they asked for the same money that I had paid before, though was cheaper online that day than what I paid. Recommend to book from Jurys Inn website, cheaper.
I stayed at Jurys Inn Liverpool in early September 2017. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Anything i asked for or enquired about the attended to and it wasn't a problem. The hotel was clean, modern and in a good location. The buffet breakfast was very good and a large variety. The bar and sitting area was comfortable and pleasant. The price was very good also. I could not fault this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Liverpool.
Great hotel, next to the river front, so you can have a nice walk in the evening, not too far from the bars and restaurants. There is Pizza Express right outside the front door. Car parking is 2 minutes away, £15 for 24 hours, however you can get reception to sign your receipt and this becomes £11.20, there is a drop off point with 20 minutes free parking outside the hotel if you have a lot of bags.
Couldn't fault the hotel and its staff. Had an excellent stay with friends in one of the best locations. I will recommend any friends going to stay in Liverpool to use Jurys Inn. Easy reach of city centre and iconic waterfront.
Having stayed here many times before it was great to see the rooms had had a facelift. However as part of a large conference and a hotel directly opposite a conference centre it would be expected that they could deal with large numbers of guests but this certainly wasn't the cases. Over my 3 night stay the hotel seems completely understaffed which resulted in slow and/or poor service. The queue to the bar trailed out towards reception with only a handful of staff on the bar, I tried to order room service but the restaurant rang out 3 times followed by no answer on reception twice. After 15minutes I gave up and ordered elsewhere - even the receptionist agreed and said she would have done the same. On the one night we did have food there the soup wasn't seasoned - having soup that tasted of nothing was a new experience. It was a real shame because they've been able to handle this in the past. The major plus point is the location, however I'm seriously considering other hotels around the dock next year because it's not as if the rate was good value (I do appreciate when demand outstrips supply prices rise) just match your service to what you charge! Myself and my colleagues were sadly disappointed.
Lovely evening spent with good company. Location great for access to Liverpool city centre. Fab view of the wheel and waterfront from our room on the 6th floor.....good selection of food for breakfast and staff very friendly. Only down side was the que for the bar...very long due to an event on at the echo
A very good hotel right next to Albert Dock. Room excellent and breakfast good. Only criticism is that there was no bottled water or biscuits in our room despite these being available to other rooms. Apparently £350 for two nights does not qualify for these extras.
Only one complaint...breakfast was excellent but the toaster generally carbonised the toast on one side and should be replaced !! The yokes of the fried eggs were never broken and the bacon and sausages was cooked perfectly. The staff were always helpful. The pillows and mattresses were most comfortable. The lifts were fast and quick and the coffee facilities in the bedrooms were neatly presented. The showers were very new and modern in design with a pressure control fitment in addition to the temperature controls and body liquid and shampoo. This was a Magic convention organised by Paul Stone the well known magician who comes from Liverpool and works on many productions in Las Vegas. You could describe my visit as business and friends and it was great to meet some I had not seen for over thirty years. I was travelling solo but the rooms are doubles and sold without extra if sold as a single. Very central and one is able to visit many of the Beatles sites including the Brian Epstein theatre in Liverpool. I would not hesitate to book again. Wifi is available and each room has a good sized television
