Not what was expected
Although this was a short stay, I don’t feel as if this was up to standard. Prior to arriving at the property, I received emails that seemed like spam but also was trying to communicate with the host in the app. I received the code to enter but when we arrived at the property, the code did not work. The host, Emily, would not answer her phone for 30+ mins as we stood outside. When I finally was able to reach someone, after calling the help desk, Emily’s “husband” was the one who answered. He constantly questioned if I was at the right apartment asking for pictures, although I could clearly read we were at the right villa and door. Come to find out, they had gave me the wrong code. There was a wasp nest at the entrance and just overall was not in the shape I expected. Sheets barely fit the bed and just looked like they had supplied with the cheapest materials they could be buy. I wouldn’t recommended.
