Exterior of the hotel is largely outdated. But convenient off main road. Interior of hotel is what you would expect for a 2or3 star hotel. When I got in the elevator, there was a big pool of water. Hallways are dingy. Room itself was decent. Linens appeared clean. But bathroom and shower was the smallest I've seen. Shower is a stand up with a door that is so slim it reminded me of what you'd see on a boat. Staff were friendly. Although every time I asked a question i was told only the manager could approve but the manager was never there. So I'd have to come back and somehow they'd suddenly talked to a manager (who still never appeared) to answer my question. I add this tidbit merely for extra (ratings are not reflected by this part of my experience as I was asking for an exception, but it struck me as odd). I had to leave a day early for a family emergency. Got a call in the middle of the night so I went to desk around 6am. I explained the situation and asked to check out early. He said to come back after 8 to ask the manager. I was hoping to leave before then but waited. But no manager was avail at 8, at. So I explained again to the new desk staffer - who said he had to ask the MGR. So I never saw manager but was offered credit for half of 1 night. I travel all the time. Exceptions for emergencies is not uncommon. To offer credit for just half felt odd. I've never heard anyone say they were offered half. I'm grateful to have gotten half back but again - felt ... kind ewe.

Great Place and Super Clean

This is an awesome hotel and the first Sleep Inns we have stayed at. The hotel was in great shape and the room fresh and super clean. My wife is a bit OCD about a clean room and this hotel passed her test. Nice breakfast and pool. Friendly staff and easy check in. I would say this is was a $150-$200 room in any other hotel in the area.

Paid for 2 nights only stayed one cause hotel was dirty and loud. At checkout I was Told can’t refund the second night cause reservation was booked through a 3rd party. Hotels.com no help so they suck also. Don’t book dirty hotels through shady sites

My daughter and I were excited to stay here because of the amenities that were listed. There was no problem with the check in or our room. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The first thing we noticed was although our room touted a jetted tub, the faucet was disengaged which made filling the tub only possible by the showerhead. The next day we were excited about the "hot breakfast" but was quickly disappointed to find that the breakfast consisted of a waffle maker, white toast and refrigerated Jimmy Dean croissants. After breakfast, we decided we would go to the pool since we had time to kill. The indoor pool was "closed for cleaning" but was told that it wouldn't be open all week. It looked like it hadn't been opened in a while. So, with that being out of the question we asked about the mini golf and driving range that were mentioned on the website. Turns out they are not owned by the hotel at all and are completely separate companies, which means that they are not included. So why put those pictures on the listing at all? We ended up skipping breakfast on our second (and last) day. Just a few tweaks would make this hotel worth it but I don't feel like it is now.
