Sleeps 4, complete apartment with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, wifi, washer/dryer, sound bar, coffee bar. Apple orchard, hay fields, chickens, 8 miles of walking trails to explore. Couple of homes away from Topsmead Park. Exceptional & Private.



The space is a complete apartment above one of our barns. It`s got a single bedroom with a king bed, a large open area kitchen/dining/living room with a sleeper sofa and gorgeous bathroom with a stand up shower. It`s got a great deck off of the bedroom with amazing views of the sunrise, house, forest and property. It`s off the road and completely private.

Close to Forman, Taft, Frederick Gunn, Rumsey Hall, Hotchkiss, Salisbury, Kent, South Kent, Marvelwood and Winvian.

It`s got a great deck off of the bedroom with amazing views of the sunrise, house, forest and property. It`s off the road and completely private. You`ll get a text with a keycode to the door upon your check in time. The apartment has everything you`ll need to have a great time in the Litchfield HIlls.
