We were given an early check-in, which was very helpful as we had flown overnight to Lisbon. When we arrived, the front desk couldn’t be any more help in terms of offering local attractions and sharing recommendations on what to see/enjoy in Lisbon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke great English. Breakfast was good, but did not change day to day. We used the sauna for tree as part of our reservation. The rooms were very nice. Great location. Bar was open late and a great place to relax and unwind.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Lisbon. While the staff were consistently polite and helpful, and the hotel overall is well-maintained, our experience was affected by a few key issues. The bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable — my husband and I kept sinking toward the middle, which left us with aches and poor sleep. Additionally, our room was right next to the cleaners’ storage area, and the walls are incredibly thin. Any attempt to rest during the day was nearly impossible due to loud noise, banging, and conversation from the cleaning staff. Unfortunately, it really impacted our ability to relax after a long journey.
