Only there for 2 nights, it was a small rom but adequate to sleep in as we were out most of the days. Breakfast was a nice touch but a bit chaotic.

great location! right in front of metro and next to bus stops! My room was a good size (comfort plus with one queen and 1 twin for 3 guests). The room looks new. They offered varieties of breakfast however, I stayed there 6 days/5 nights and breakfast are the same everyday. Everything else are great. Staff are nice and helpful...the only one thing that I am not happy but it's not a big deal is that on my departure day, my flight is at 7:15am and I planned to leave the hotel no later than 4:30am. The night before my departure day, front desk "offered" me breakfast in a bag which it was very nice of him. He asked me for my room number and wrote down pick up at 4am. However, at 4:15am when I went to the lobby another front desk staff said he heard of nothing regarding this issue. No note no nothing from previous shift staff...which is was okay..but it was a bad communication!
Everything was perfect! Rooms, Breakfast, employees. I will recomend it!
the hotel upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view. However the double bed was very small and we requested the room that we had booked which they did. However we appreciated the gesture.
Excellent hotel, Friendly, great Location and delicious food. I was very happy with this hotel but it waa a diffent ztory with the crappy airline Tap. They overchargwd me twice for luggage ($120) the airplane was so uncomfortable a d on top they were delayed over an hour on the way back. I will definitely book this hotel in the future if I come back to Lisbon but will never book together with an airline.
Top notch hotel in one of the most emblematic squares in central Lisbon. Easy access to public transportation, with safe, fast, clean metro across the street.
