Excellent location, clean, comfortable, and restful after long travels. A perfect place to rest before embarking on travels. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean, the food is outstanding, and the pool is rejuvenating. I only wish I'd had time for the spa! Highly recommend.
I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this property. I've stayed at various airport hotels, and they were basically convenient - that's about it. This hotel surprised me. The staff was extremely welcoming and tried to make my stay comfortable. Easy check-in, shuttle to the airport every 15 mins., breakfast starts at 5:00 am, and they have no problem holding onto your luggage if you arrived early. Well-appointed public spaces and rooms are generous with space and attractive. I was surprised to find that with my reservation I could use the spa facilites. This is a must! Outside and inside pool ( both heated). However, go for the inside pool, it has overhead jets that message your neck not to mention the relaxing music and lounge chairs. Breakfast was great. The Vasco de Gama Mall and Exposition Sight is only a 10 min drive by taxi and worth a visit. I would highly recommend this hotel.
