Excellent shops, some of the best and trendy restaurants, and historical landmarks like the Mercado da Ribeira/Time Out Market or Largo do Chiado are at 5 minutes walk. There is also some great night life spots if you want to stay up a little later and easy access to public transport.

Guest Access:

Your holiday home is fully available to you. Please note that check-in is typically done in person when you will receive the keys, an overview of the apartment as well as an introduction to the city, activities, and the immediate neighbourhood. Additionally, we offer the convenience of optional self-check-in depending on the situation. Parking Availability: We offer free exclusive guest parking, let us know in advance if you need access, and we'll provide the necessary instructions including car rental dealership recommendation.



The Neighborhood:

Benefit from the best of both worlds. The apartment is located between the overly touristic areas and those areas where still more locals live and mingle. For the local feel around the apartment, during the day you can see commuters coming in through the nearby ferry port of Cais do Sodre, visit Time Out Market and Mercado da Ribeira the main fruit, vegetable, meat and poultry market. You got local restaurants, I visited with my parents when I was a child and you can enjoy the bars of Pink Street around midnight and later (all within 2 min of the apartment). At the same time you are at the edge of our historical sights that are all within 5-15 min walking and 1 min away from one of the notorious tram 28 stops.



Getting Around:

The closest public transport hubs are Cais do Sodre or (Baixa)/Chiado. Tram 28 stops around the corner and Rossio (for Sintra) is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Corpo Santo Square has several trams and busses stop to connect you easily anywhere in the city. There is two paid underground parking 5 minutes from the apartment.

Bright and Welcoming: Our second-floor home, accessed via a wide staircase or elevator, is bathed in Lisbon's enchanting natural light during the day. The home has lift access and two main entrances with easy access to Chiado and Riverside in Cais do Sodre. The apartment has car access. For parking we recommend parking garages nearby. At night, the Portuguese shutters keep the city lights out.



Luxurious Amenities: We provide cotton sheets, duvets, and towels, and your final cleaning is included in your stay, so you can focus on enjoying Lisbon.



Extended Stays: For guests staying more than 7 days, we offer the convenience of arranging cleaning, bed sheet changes, and fresh towels upon request.



Family-Friendly: Families with children of all ages are warmly welcomed. If you need a complimentary baby cot or high chair, kindly let us know in advance. If you share their ages with us, we'll ensure we have toys suitable for their age group. There is a playground next to Time Out Market within 5 walking minutes :)

Late Check in Fees: Please be aware of late check-in fees—EUR 25 (7:30pm-midnight), EUR 35 (midnight-2am), EUR 50 (2am-9am), applicable if not opting for self-check-in during these hours.
