We stayed 3 nights in this modern but very cozy hotel at the border of the city center. 300m to the subway and in 10min. walking distance to Bairro Alto it was a wonderful stay for our Lisbon visit. Service was excellent and very friendly. The superior room was spacious and well designed, made us feel more at home than in the common anonymous hotel rooms you normally see. The breakfast was ok, but could have more variety. Overall a great stay and we can recommend it!
We enjoyed our stay a lot and felt perfectly cared for. The helpfulness was excellent, especially Marta's and Mafalda's who helped us with great dedication. The water project is a great idea, but on the other hand resources are wasted for example with the huge luxury shower towels that some guestes have changed every day. And then, of course air conditioning, probably the most impactful energy waster worldwide. We enjoyed every minute at your place, we will not forget it and will be back inSha'Allah. If you want luxury, of course, you can't complain.
The Staff was very friendly and warm. We had a perfect Breakfast. The Parking was also near from the Office. The Hotel was very quiet and discreet We would like to come again. A high Service for all. Thanks a lot
Loved the hotel. Rooms and communal areas had a lovely design. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with every element of our stay. Lots of amenities and services (my sister was particularly happy about the movie screenings, my other sister praised the spa and games room). Easy to get to, but like anywhere in Lisbon, beware of the slippery hilly pavements. The rooms had a lot of modern technological elements to it that we struggled to master. I would also add that while the breakfast was adequate, that is the one area that I think would really improve the overall stay (range of food, speed of service). I would recommend it
We had a pleasant stay at Inspira Santa Marta Hotel, although the room was kinda small. Reviews already indicated that the spa is quite poor. And indeed, it was. Luckily it wasn't the main reason to book this hotel. It's a pity that you can't open a window! We enjoyed the (late) breakfast very much. Location is also good, even though it is a climb uphill to the metro.
Came with the mrs for 5 days and after getting a super deal booking direct on the website we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is about 7 minutes walk from the nearest metro stop and has some really nice food places in the vicinity if you chose not to eat on site. The breakfast was nice and had a variety of hot food, fruits and cereals etc. The staff were amazing from day one where we arrived early but were allowed to leave our luggage, given access to the spa in case we needed to change (as our room wasn't ready). Throughout we asked about things to do/places to visit and were always given good advice and service with a smile every day. The room was simple but cleaned daily, a fridge would have been nice but had free tea/coffee and water. Gym was small but quiet and can easily get some quiet time in the jacuzzi/sauna/steam room after 9pm. Would definitely return!
One of the best hotels we ever visit. Staf was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. Everyday new nespresso coffee cups. We had a great time en we will come back to this great city. Thanks for erverything
Comfortable and modern room, friendly and professional service, clean bath room, friendly reception, good breakfast quality, 10 - 15 min waiting time for being seated (breakfast), no optimal light in the bath room, price/quality is excellent
Very confortable and spacious hotel, Nice staff and good atmosphere. Good breakfast, with attention to food intolerances. The eco aspect is good theoricaly. Because at the ende you don't save so much water with the nice baths and the trash is not really separated...
The rooms are modern with excellent facilities. I particularly liked the fabulous walk-in shower and the Nespresso machine in the room. The spa was very tranquil and the service was excellent. Above all this though, was the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. When we checked in, the receptionist was amazing, showing us to our room and giving helpful advice about the city for our stay. A lovely, friendly welcome made a great first impression which remained throughout our stay. Also it goes without saying that the location, just a few metres from Avenida Liberdade, was outstanding. An excellent place to stay!
