breakfast service was good , the bed is comfortable but the noise from the other rooms can be heard. The elevator was not working sometimes. The bathroom smells bad. Forget some documents in the room and did not help me to recover

This was a wonderful hotel with nice rooms. They were clean, spacious, had air conditioning and my room had a great balcony with a nice view. It's about a 20 minute walk from Marques Do Pombal and the metro station Campo Pequeno is just a few minutes away. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no refrigerator and the TV was old, but hey, if you're on vacation, who needs a TV, right? I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The strangest thing was no wifi or internet in the rooms so if you there for some meetings and have to connect via emails you should be aware that internet is only available in the lobby. Rooms are not so sound proof that you can hear voices from your neighbor visitors and outdoor. Location is not so close to old town as well. Near to metro station and bull fight stadium though. I haven't found any good hotel for eating nearby as well

Hotel had no Wifi services in the room. Old TV and not functional remote control. Odd elevator.

The rooms are very small, though clean enough. The breakfast provided was sufficient, with the typical foods. Staff not eager to help, but reasonably friendly. The Small elevator did not work one evening and we walked up to 5th floor. There were long winding hallways which seemed rather spooky.

Close to metro rail to downtown central...it´s a very affordable ticket, and you don´t want to drive down there! The staff were friendly and helpful. A more "mature" hotel, with less modern facilities...but clean and comfortable in the good tradition of earlier dated European hotels. Can get breakfast included, and is worth the upgrade. Just across the main boulevard of goverment center and the Campo Pequeno bull ring (summer time). Parking at hotel is a plus.

Although we purchased a room with a double bed, we were given one with twin beds and pretty small. There was no coffee maker or kettle to make tea; no refrigerator; and barely no room between the beds and the two walls on the sides of the rooms. The internet only worked in the lobby. Worst of all, our room was right between two service areas, and it was noisy during the day and at night. We were finally given a room with a double bed, but it was even tinier than the first, and it had leftover cigarette smell. This is definitely not the Hotel Berna I remember from three years ago.

Very convenient to the metro, Gulbenkian, airport, etc. Staff were nice and accommodating. Room was entirely adequate.

This place just wasn't exciting; very ordinary
