Great location, good value for your money, abundant choices for breakfast, and a spacious, clean room. All the staff were helpful and friendly, from the lobby, restaurant, bar, and souvenir shop to the nice lady who cleans the rooms. Thanks for making my stay in Lisbon better than expected. Muito obrigada!!!

Its a clean hotel that is close to the airport

We had a layover so needed a place to spend the night. 10 min from the airport (wish I chose someplace closer). Hotel staff was quick to help us grab our stuff from the taxi. Quick check in. The hotel could use some upgrades. Elevators were so tiny that you could barely fit two large suitcases and two people in there. Walking through the hallway seemed like it was from a horror movie. Weird old smell stench, stained carpet, wooden doors, etc. The room itself was same representation. everything old and stained. Bed was hard as a rock (and my husband likes harder bed, but it was the old overused springs in the bed that made it so uncomfortable. Two beds were pushed together but they shared separate sheets so if you're trying to cuddle, you might fall in between the crack as the bed slid a bit. Bathroom didn't drain too well either. I would pay an extra $30 to stay at a much better hotel.

The hotel suited us quite well. Although it was a bit outside the exciting downtown area the hotel was in a clean safe part of the city. We enjoyed the pool and the staff seemed quite helpful. We were able to walk in and out of the city center in about 25 minutes however the metro is right near the hotel so its very convenient if you're not up for the walk. The hotel is also right near the rail line for quick trips out of the city.

This hotel is a good choice in Lisbon if on a limited travel budget. The location is good (3 block walk to the nearest metro station). However, some will find the noise from the adjacent railroad tracks and the planes in the overhead landing approach to Lisbon Airport annoying. I didn't, but some probably will. The hotel's amenities are average, but the rooms are adequately sized and clean. Free in-room WiFi is a distinct plus. The free breakfast is good. The staff are extremely accommodating, and their recommendations for local neighborhood restaurants can be trusted. In all, not a bad choice if on a budget.

This hotel is in serious need of updating and maintenance. In Lisbon on vacation and liking the hotel for the proximity to a metro for easy getting around. The hotel was extremely spartan, rooms had nothing more than a closet and tv. There was no iron and most electrical outlets were broken, so charging any devices meant that a light or tv had to be unplugged. Closet doors and bathroom doors were slso flaking off all over the floor. This looked less like a 3 star hotel and more like a 1 or 2 star hotel. Would not stay here again!
