+ Room was clean, breakfasts were perfect, pool inside the hotel is perfect in hot summer days. Bathroom was clean, personal was very friendly. Everything was close. I recommend. - Noise because there is airport and the trainstation very near. But there is working aircondition so you can close the window and it's okay.
I stayed for a few nights with my group of 55 people. My people loved the hotel. The hotel is very clean and refurbished. Staff is very friendly. Buffet dinner was excellent. Breakfast was super. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lisbon.
Whilst the hotel is not very close to the city centre it is only a short trip on the tube and its very easy to navigate your way around on the underground. The rooms are quiet although aeroplanes fly nearby as it has great double glazing. Rooms are nice and the staff helpful.
The best way to get to this hotel from the airport is by Aerobus and you want bus 2 as this hotel is first stop, it takes 17 minutes and the hotel is visible when you get off the bus. The cost was 4 Euro per person. Great value as a taxi costs 10 Euros. The hotel is located right near to station Entre Campos, so access via metro to Lisbon is very easy. Recommend getting a 24hr travel card (cost about 7.5 Euro) and this gives you access to trams, buses, train and it also gets you up the Santa Justa elevator however you must pay 1.5Euro to go upto viewing platform anyway the hotel.... The hotel I found to be very clean and decor was really nice. Bedroom I had was very spacious, really comfy bed and a very nice bathroom with bath and over bath shower. Beds were made daily and fresh towels were supplied everyday. All staff members were really friendly and extremely helpful. There is a pool on level 1 which is accessible by lift or stairs. However to access by lift you then have to come down 2 half flights of stairs to reach the pool. I am unsure how it could be accessed if you are in a wheelchair or have mobility issues. The pool I found to be very clean, a couple of tiles missing on the bottom but not enough to put me off, and was a nice size. The pool is really great sun trap as it shone over the pool from morning to dusk which was great!! Unfortunately I cannot comment on the restaurant or cafe as I never ate in there, I tend to walk a few blocks to Lidl. The bar prices were very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it is a little way out from the very centre of Lisbon but the metro is exceptional value and very reliable. I'm definitely going to stay there again.
Stayed 3 nights in this hotel recently, and it's a decent place for what you pay. Room is quiet overall, but if you arrive late at night, there's a high chance you'll catch an operator waxing the reception hall with a machine. This makes a high noise, which reverberates through the walls and on the first 2 or 3 floors of the hotel, you can actually hear the "hummm", which causes some difficulty when trying to sleep. So ask for a room on a higher floor, if you're planning to arrive late. Breakfast is decent with all the basic choices. Didn't have a chance to try the pool. Tip: The hotel charges 2€/hour to park your car. Parking spaces in the streets surrounding it are all payed, but at 0.80€/hour (Mon-Fri, free on weekends), and you can pay the parking meter in advance, so it's not hard to do the math on the best option. Free wifi was also OK.
I was very disappointed when I got to the hotel. This hotel is mainly for groups of tourists and would not suggest it for a family or couples. The hotel is old, the corridors to the rooms are frightening (worse than a horror movie), the room conditions are very poor. At the counter, I saw the daily price for a room (single and double) was 200 euros. I think that it is crazy because you will never get the value for what you pay. Tried to have dinner at the restaurant, but was really disappointed when I was told that all the free tables that they had at the moment were reserved for the groups that were staying at the hotel. Only table available was 5 cms away from another couple. They try and maximize the dinning area as much as they can, so not convenient or comfortable to have a meal really close to other people. At the end I was glad I did not dine in the hotel because we ended up finding a very nice restaurant nearby. Surprisingly, the mattress was good and we had a good night sleep. At 8am, you start hearing very loud noises coming from the corridors (cleaners) so woke up with no need for an alarm ring. Breakfast was poor, coffee tasted awful and food could be much better. Again, you don't get the value for what you pay at this hotel.
Older hotel who has had his best days and could use a renovation. Close to the centre of Lissabon and the airport ( plains flying in and out very very close by ). Swimming pool could definitely use a cleaning. We were unlucky there was a reunion of rugby clubs while we were staying, bar overwhelmed by this noice making crowd. Room was clean and correct !
Fabio checked myself in efficiently, with a kind and welcoming smile. Caterina (I believe was her name from F+B) was very friendly. The gentleman behind the bar was welcoming and knowledgeable. I was almost distraught i was unable to stay longer and will definitely be returning. My room was located on the 12th floor, and at no point was i disturbed by any external noise. The beds were extremely comfortable, with a spare blanket and additional pillow located in the wardrobe. I look forward to returning.
Outdated and poorly maintained. Do not trust my room to be clean. The sheets are stained and have burnt cigarette marks. Inadmissible! The bathroom ceiling has mold and rust. Cracked sink. Stained tub and cracked tiles. Not staying here again!
The hotel is on a very good location, close to the train station and public transport. The breakfast is ok, but not very varied. The towels and bed sheets were changed daily. The beds are comfortable, but the location is not very quiet due to the vicinity of the train station and the airport witch is practically in the city. Wi-fi is free and the connection is good. The furniture in the room and the bathroom were old so, the first impression is much worse then the final one.
