Ram was an excellent host. He made check in a breeze and was very helpful. Breakfast was a great spread just perfect before heading out for the day. The extra treats left in our room and access to the break room were big perks and wonderful touches. Best bed I slept in during our entire trip to Portugal! Would stay again.

The location was good, right next to the metro and major shopping mall. However there are some issues with the hotel; 1) The rooms use portable AC units which mine really didn't help that much. 2) Being a hotel converted from a historical residential building the room originally did not have a toilet / shower which was latter on added to the room (hence being very tight in its dimensions) my knees were touching the wall as sitting at the toilet. 3) There was no personal safe in the room to put your valuables. Besides that it was ok.

This place was an excellent choice for a place by the airport and the metro. The staff were great and so friendly. The room was massive, bathroom was perfect and breakfast was delicious. Would stay here again.

Perfect for the Metro - the entrance is literally outside your door! Lovely comfortable room. Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Treats in the room daily. They also take notice when you hang your towel so plus points for that. A lovely stay in Lisbon.

The location is super convenient next to the Metro. We only stayed one night and ate at the recommended restaurant. It was delicious. Breakfast in the morning was superior quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall a very convenient location and accessible to Metro subway and shopping mall and grocery! Definitely a great balcony room is recommended. The morning breakfast was quite nice and having snacks and coffee in lounge all day! Wish we were able to rest up when we arrived early upon on checking date and enjoy some of the food before our room was ready. Shoutout to Nuno! Abrigado!

This hotel is fantastic! Easy to find from the airport, the Metro exit is just metres from the hotel door. Very clean room with great facilities and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices and eggs cooked to order. The little daily gifts left in the room were a real treat. Best of all, the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. It was my first time in Lisbon but I will return and definitely stay here. Very highly recommended.
