Lovely stay. Comfortable bed, clean apartment, suitable kitchen (fridge is very small. plan accordingly). Street noise is not that bad unless construction or trash trucks come rumbling through in the night. Excellent location - close to restaurants, sites and neighborhoods of Alfama. Do not stay here! Especially if you have kids. We went in late December and it was so cold inside the apartment. It wasn’t even that cold outside. We could not even walk on the floor because that too was cold! We are from Canada so trust me when I say it was unbearably cold, it was! We had to book a whole separate hotel and the money used to book this hotel was a complete waste. I do not recommend.

What an amazing location in Alfama, steps from the Castello, but easy to walk to the major sites along the river. Mafalda the back door manager gave us perfect directions from the airport. The apartment was perfe t for the two of us. We stayed three nights, but 2 more would have been better . We woukd definitely stay again

Beautiful location. Very cute apartment. Good to know that cabs/private cars cannot reach up to the apartment, and will drop off at a spot about 5 minutes away on foot. The area is steep uphills, then again so is most of central Lisbon!

If you love being in the heart of a historic neighborhood, you can't beat these apartments that literally face the walls of Castelo de São Jorge. With restaurants for breakfast, dinner, and tapas and charming gift shops all steps away, it has everything you could need close at hand. And the apartment itself couldn't have been more comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

This place has everything!

Lovely place to stay. Great location, opposite the Castelo walls. Very convenient having friendly and delicious restaurant & smaller tavern across the road also run by Barrio Conquistador- and my friend in the souvenir shop (maybe not appropriate to name?) was very welcoming and helpful. So there is lots of backup! Highly recommended.

The apartment was located in a great spot, right up by Castelo de São Jorge meaning the streets below were super buzzy during the day. Buskers would commonly perform below on the corner of street so you could hear live music when up in the apartment. Super easy check-in and lovely people :)
