The apartment, with a splendid view of Lake Como, consists of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), bathroom with shower, balcony equipped with table and chairs for a romantic dinner at sunset.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, moka pot for coffee, refrigerator and a small freezer. Both bed linen and towels are provided.
Guests can use the large private garden equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, shaded gazebo with table and chairs.
In the immediate vicinity (250 m) there is a supermarket, pharmacy, bars, local and ethnic restaurants, pizzeria, coin-operated laundry. At 700 m there is a hypermarket open every day from 7.30 to 21.
The center of Como with its lakeside and the Duomo can be reached by car in 5 minutes, or in 15 minutes with urban public transport (the bus stop is 7 minutes walk from the house, frequency every 15-20 minutes). The center of Milan is 40 minutes by car or 60 minutes by train.
