The staff was horrible. The breakfast was cold. The beds were bad. We checked in at about 9p.m. the desk clerk gave us our room key and we went to the room and flipped on the lights and there was a couple with a infant already in our room. It was a complete nightmare.

Would not stay again

Rooms where dated. Furnature was damaged torn couch cushions. Pool was ok but hot tub was filthy. AC heat unit in room was loud . Did not even get offered the internet password. Also could not understand the gentleman behind the counter. Did not speak English well and he cared about watching videos on his phone . Not the greatest customer service. Did not eat the breakfast not many options. Went to McDonald's instead

Horrible place to stay.

The hotel lobby was clean, however, we tried three different rooms and each room was super messy. One of the rooms had bedbugs, one of the beds in another room had giant stains, and the third room wasn’t cleaned at all. On top of that, I wasn’t able to stay at the hotel because they didn’t have any rooms left. I tried getting a refund and was refused. Would not recommend staying here.
