The house had great potential but it is not well maintained. Lots of things were broken or didn’t work, a number of the bedrooms smelled of smoke and caused allergies for some of our group.

Gorgeous property and great for larger group. Highly recommend in any season, we stayed with a large group of 28 people max and paid extra for it.Communication was a tad scattered since there was a major miscommunication on overall guests but was resolved within a day. There were issues with the basement not having AC and ironing board could not be found and there was no resolution for two days.

This large Airy home was very accommodating for our group. Very clean bedrooms is all accessible bathrooms. Easy Walk the Moon Mountain. My only recommendation is there to be a guidebook of some sort in the home for use of all internal devices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back again. Our host was great and promptly answered all of our questions.

Perfect House for a Family Reunion

This was a perfect rental for our annual family reunion as it was spacious and had separate living rooms to hang out in. The deck was a perfect outside area off the kitchen/living room area to hang out. Response time with property management was great. Only major glitch was an issue with the stove which I reported to the property management and they will fix. Also no toaster as listed but they delivered one the second day we were there. All in all we had a lovely time.

Great house steps from Loon

We had a fantastic stay at the Loon Chalet. We went up for a long weekend with several families - plenty of room! Great space downstairs for our kids. The location can't be beat, just steps away from the lift at Loon. Easy ski on ski off. There is also a shuttle that will take you back and forth to the different Loon lodges/peaks. Very convenient. What sets this house apart is the customer service provided by Patrick and his team. Always responsive, gracious, and helpful. Looking forward to staying again. Thank you!

Great Fall Vacation spot

Perfect for big family

Four generations of our family enjoyed this beautiful home. Grandparents, 8 adult children, 9 grandchildren, age 16 to 30, 1 great granddaughter, age 6 months. Family came from California, Kentucky, Tennessee to name a few. Some had not been to New Hampshire before.Patrick is a superb host. Activities, all nearby. The layout of this home is wonderful! Lots of space to spread out or be all together! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Hope Patrick has more homes like this. We would like a different state.

Weather was awful. Rained every day. Too warm for snow

Very nice. One big complaint. The beautiful double fireplace did not work well. Filled the house w smoke. Chimney needs to be cleaned and a new glass door on both sides. - the smoke especially went out the back side of thecduew place. Too bad as we are all about fireplaces as we have our fireplace gling all winter when we are here.

Must choose for group over 15+ with kids in different age range

If you have a large group of 15+ with kids of all age ranges, this is your place to go to. Kids had a blast looking at the indoor games, bunk beds and the basement TV set up. The place had ample room for everyone and our whole group had a blast. The place also has an awesome trail walks to the leading up to beautiful water view which in fall makes up for a gorgeous view in the morning.

A fine NH mountain house for big groups

This house is big, with lots of nice rooms for a lot of people. We had 20 in our party, and there was lots of extra room. The property is nice; nice deck. The view is the forest; no mountains, but the forest is nice. It was a bit hot when we stayed; the AC wasn't really working, but it was ok, because the downstairs areas were cool anyway. We would stay here again.

An amazing time with friends

We had a great time with 20 of us for a 40th bday. The house has plenty of space for every one. Beds were comfy and the area was quiet and safe. Close by is a hiking trail by the river we enjoyed. Would book again!

Amazing New Hampshire stay

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 11/10 would recommend gave me and my friends a weekend to remember 10-20 minutes away from lots of amazing hiking trails very secluded area in the spring time with no neighbors or other people around.

Great Lincoln location right on Loon mountain

Our group had a great time! This property was great for 8 adults and a bunch of kids. The kids had run of the downstairs and the adults had the living room area and the upstairs bedrooms. House is stocked with items like games, extra towels/ pillows, spices and the kitchen essentials. Would definitely rent again. Patrick was very responsive and helpful host.

Spacious but cozy.

The house was great to get everyone together in one place, yet spacious enough for some separation. Adults could be upstairs while kids could play downstairs. Definitely something that I would want to do again.

Columbus Day Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend. The property fit our group of 16 very comfortably. We had 11 beds still available so plenty of room. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Patrick was always quick to respond with any questions I had from the very beginning of our trip planning. The neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. The only real downside to this property is that the yard is very small, but there were plenty of places to go off and hike and sightsee. And there is a beautiful neighborhood fire pit available within a very short distance of the driveway so the small yard wasn’t really an issue. If you are looking for a beautiful home to gather with family and friends in an area with tons of things to do then this home would be a great choice!

Perfect for Large Groups

We had a large group of friends and family on a hiking trip. This house easily accommodated everyone. On the top floor there are four bedrooms sharing two bathrooms, on the main level there are two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom, and the bottom level has three bunk bed rooms. The kitchen opens to the dining area and the living room and there is a separate living space behind the fireplace. We also made use of a large terrace overlooking the woods. An outdoor fireplace with a seating area is located just across the street. The owner was friendly and responsive. We look forward to visiting again.
