Enter this two-level spacious townhouse to the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen, The living room offers a wrap-around couch, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV with DVD, with a 1/2 bath located just off this room. The well equipped full kitchen has a self-clean oven, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area table seating six with three more seats close by at the kitchen counter. Also on this level is a half bath and washer/dryer as well as access to the back deck. The primary bedroom suite w/ king bed and private bath are also located on the ground floor. Then head upstairs to a second level with two more bedrooms, and a full shared bath; one bedroom on this level has two twin beds and the other 1 set of bunk beds plus a single twins with air conditioning. The second full bath being shared between them.
Forest Ridge 16-2 is located just a quick walk from the Forest Ridge Club House where you can enjoy the indoor pool, heated outdoor pool and the tennis courts.
