Our Casa Nova (means “New Home” in Portuguese) is the perfect spot to gather with your people! Recently renovated, open floor layout with plenty of seating! My name is Kelia, and us Brazilians are known for our hospitality, so you will feel happy and at ease by choosing our home. Brazil is known for the color of its stunning beaches, rainforests, and diverse cities. You will see touches reflecting these things in the tasteful pops of color in our throw pillows, art, and carefully chosen decor.
The space
MAIN FLOOR
We welcome you into our cheery living room with a comfortable large sofa sectional that opens into our large dining room. Our table that seats 10 is perfect for gathering to share a meal or play a provided board game.
The kitchen is outstanding, open, and central to the house. It is perfect for sharing the gift of cooking together. If ordering in is more your style, there is plenty of cabinet and refrigerator space. It is fully equipped, has a ton of counter space, and is connected with the living room, dining room, and hallway.
There are 3 beautiful bedrooms on the main floor with a queen bed in each. A pack-and-play is provided for little ones, and a fun reading nook/cozy corner in case you have someone in your group who wants a cozy quiet space.
BASEMENT
The basement has additional living areas and is spacious and perfect for hanging out and playing video games in. There is an additional queen bed downstairs, and 2 couches that fold flat and become beds. If you have little ones, we have a small play space just their size!
We will quickly answer your questions and provide all you expect from looking at our listing and booking with us. Unlike many homes listed, what you see in the photos is what you will experience when you get here. You have our word on that!

Perfect Christmas Home
Our stay was perfect. We were greeted by a Christmas tree, decor, and a large dining room table perfect for our annual gingerbread house competition. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and prepare foods for family gatherings too. We were also pleasantly surprised to find games, puzzles, and a gaming system for family fun nights. If we had little, they would have loved the train set and toys. This house is the reason why we love VRBO. It was a home away from home with plenty of space for everyone to relax during the busy holiday season.

We were in town visiting our daughter who goes to UNL. There were seven of us staying at the house and it was perfect. Very clean and a good location about 15 minutes from campus. There was a nice fire pit in the backyard that we didn’t use because we were too busy but would have if time allowed. The only thing that would have made this stay better is if there were two showers but even with 7 of us, it worked just having the one. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Casa Nova
This property was a wonderful property for our family stay. There were three bedrooms on the main floor and a bedroom in the basement that worked out great to separate the family and there was also even a kids playroom that was well stocked. The backyard had a nice fire pit and plenty of room to spread out and there were also grills available for grilling if need be. Kayla, the host did a great job communicating with us. The check in process with seamless. The checkout process process was seamless and we highly recommend this property for rent

Great house for families getting together
My mom and my sister and I reunited in Nebraska with our children. The downstairs area was perfect for our kids to hang out. We had ample space to chat, watch tv and to eat dinners together. There was a storm and Kayla was right on top of it make sure we were taken care of. Although we had older children, there is an adorable play area for littles. Thanks for a great place to stay!
