The Space:
No 319 is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor, and the amazing ocean views make the stairs worth it! Great oceanfront location
Great beachfront location. The interior is a little worn, and the bathroom needs upgrades (rust in sink, non-functioning vent). The master bedroom is noisy with highway sounds. Unanticipated (and no forewarning) power outage and closing of half the parking lot for re-sealing while I was there. Would have been nice for that to have been disclosed at booking (which was only a few days prior to arrival). Office was closed whenever I tried to stop, except for last day.
