I loved my stay. The room was beautiful with extra amenities, such as a fireplace, jet tub, and partial ocean view. The staff was friendly and helpful. Laying in bed with the fireplace on and being able to hear the ocean waves was soothing and allowed me to sleep well. The restaurant next-door is excellent. I would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Shearwater Inn is consistently superior in their concierge-style boutique hotel feel. Beautifully styled interior accommodations are especially appealing, the property and the hotel rooms are impeccably clean and thoughtfully appointed with all the extras. The exemplary service is second to none. My daughter and I have been returning guests for years now. We just love everything about Shearwater Inn, and we find it to be a step above any other accommodations along the Lincoln City coastline. We can’t wait to return soon.

Usually take reviews as folks opinions who's needs, tastes, and perspectives are different. I look for trends, timeframes, etc. This place was truly great. Room clean. Covered parking (lot was a little difficult to navigate on a motorcycle). But an excellent place. Breakfast in room was great. Did use fireplace. Ocean sound was nice. I would stay here again. I would strongly recommend to others. I would bring family here. All in all, pleasant surprise.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was pleasantly decorated with a warm, welcoming feel, and everything was spotlessly clean. I especially appreciated the breakfast being delivered to the room each morning—it was a relaxing way to start the day. The bathrobes were a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort and sense of luxury. Would definitely stay again!

It was great for beach access. The restaurant next door was convenient and pretty tasty for seafood. Very clean, and enjoyed the balcony and fireplace. The breakfast was lacking, would have liked it better if there was a little bit more to choose from, and more to eat.

I really liked the property. Boutique stile property. Small but well decorated. Rooms were nice. Jetted tub in batroom was nice. Room was spacious. The only thing I'll say was we didnt get to check into our room until 4 sharp.

Check in was quick and easy. Kim was very polite and friendly. Our stay was fine. My mom liked that they offered robes to wear while we stayed there. Our room was very clean and updated. We had a small view of the ocean, but we were close enough that we could hear it while our sliding door was open. We were close to Dutch Brothers, D River parking, and several places to eat at. Down size for me was- i chose the oatmeal option for breakfast. I didn't realize that it was flavored (cinnamon&spice). I bite into it before i realized it was flavored. I'm allergic to cinnamon. I called the front desk to see if i could just get plain oatmeal. The lady seemed annoyed, but they did end up bringing me plain flavored oatmeal. It really should be started that you'll be given a random flavor. Or give people the option to pick a flavor. I was also disappointed because based on photos I thought i had reserved a room with a balcony. That was not the case. It was a siding glass door with just a railing. Over all it was a nice stay. I may stay again if my regular place has no vacancies.

Weird maid hours?

I love this hotel, but why was someone stomping around the room above me like they cleaning it at 2 AM? I did not sleep well.
