Nice exterior but the rooms are average, super thin walls I can hear people walking and talking all day. I’m surprised that the receptionists don’t speak that much English. We asked the hotel to arrange a covid test for us, they told us to go to the lab on our own if we want the results faster. We met friends who stayed at another hotel nearby and they had no issue with getting the hotels to help them arrange the test and got the results came back quickly. I don’t think this is a 5 star property. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Arrived at 11 pm. Room not ready . Made us switch are room at midnight . Random guy walked into room at 7 am. Not flexible . Not professional . Will never stay there again
This hotel offers very comfortable rooms, but they added the 18% tax on our food bill, it was disappointing we had to argue first with the waiter, then with the reception. I did not expect that from this establishment. Also when you ask the front desk about directions or recommendations they offer you a standard tour, but not a genuine help. If I would, I will rate the helpfulness of the concierge to a zero.
