Good service and cleanliness. Hotel is in good condition but it's a bit outdated. Management should consider property update. The staff is overall friendly and helpful. Great location, safe to walk around area.

This hotel is well situated. However it depends on what you are looking for as to it meeting your needs. It is a busy hotel mainly driven by airline crews and large tour groups. Hence it is noisy as guests don't care how much noise they make, a common problem not unique to this hotel. If you want outdoor space/pool this hotel isn't for you. Try the JW Marriott Also the staff understandably "upsell" upgrades etc. Then place you by the lifts (in your upgraded suite!!!!) which are noisy and in frequent use, when we stayed only one lift was working. They also sell late checkout which was a bonus for us as a late evening flight home. Then they pull the offer at the last minute and leave you stranded albeit we left bags at hotel and used the gym showers, but not ideal when expectations set. This wouldn't be my first choice for a return, but it is ok if just for a night or 2 whilst transiting through Lima Breakfast excellent but very very busy and not a relaxing experience. Bar staff superb and make great pisco sours!

The Casa Andina was a really nice hotel. It had a modern feel to it. The lobby was very welcoming. The bar was nice and roomy which provided space for groups of people to hang out. The staff was attentive and polite. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was nice and the food was good. The location was great. We weren't too far from the park, which had local artists selling their art work. Also, we were close to shopping so we could buy last minute gifts.

excellents rooms, incredible location. good brakfast. nice beds. best gym and swimmingpool. one of my 3 favorite hotels in lima. the other one are Radisson 28 julio and hotel NM in san isidro. the 3 of them are excellents!! but casa andina have best Gym and Swimminpool

At last! A hotel that believes in giving you more than one pillow. I like three or four and always have to ask but I was delighted to see four pillows on the bed. The room was big and so was the bathroom area. Beds were really comfortable. The hotel was in a great location. It was near to the ocean with lots of bars and restaurants around. The area was safe and plenty to do. The staff gave us a lovely welcome and were always helpful. Nice lobby with plenty of seating and the breakfast was very nice. I would certainly return to this hotel again.

Stayed twice to fit around tour of Peru and overnight stays between flights (3 nights and 1 night). On both occasions there was only 1 lift working which for 17 floors is a bit of a night mare. We took to the stairs on the way down. Rooms right by the lift can be noisy. 10 soles for water is a joke. Breakfast opens at 6 but at 6 they are generally still labelling food and putting it out. Service is also not good this early in the morning. This is quite late when a large number of guests are tourists with early flights, the coffee station offered for early risers does not really cut it. The rooms are a good size with every amenity and very clean but 10 soles for a litre of water is a joke (it is 1.50 in the supermarket down the road) The standard of English at reception is not great and having to go through the whole check in procedure twice seems excessive.

This hotel provided a welcome place to arrive and stay in Lima for a couple of days before getting on a cruise. The hotel location is excellent, in a good tourist neighbourhood, with lots to see and do. Breakfast buffet was included and was excellent. Staff were friendly, room (superior queen) was large and very accommodating for our stay.

Was proposed upgrade to suite for an additional reasonable cost. Great room on the last floor with 180degres view of city and ocean, sauna and jacuzzi Room was tidy, free wifi quick and breakfast rich in taste and variety

Although on arrival we thought the hotel appeared jaded, we grew to love this place. The rooms are very large and the bed very comfortable. The breakfasts are superb and it is situated in an ideal position in Miraflres

The rooms were immaculate, as we had interconnecting rooms, one for the kids, one for my husband and me. I will say, I don't think the AC was working in the kids' room, but to their credit, we didn't say anything, as the AC from our room helped keep their room cold, so it wasn't too much of a bother. The staff were the nicest, and the concierge was amazing. He got us a last minute reservation, overlooking the ocean, at a very busy restaurant. If we ever go back, would definitely stay again.
