He needed a place to stay close to the airport for a nights stop over in Lima. Anyone doing there research will know that Callao, can be a little dodgy!! We chose to spend a but more and stay here and I'm very glad we did. The security is very good, locked gates that need a key to enter. Friendly, helpful owners and staff who speak English, which is great for difficult conversations when your Spanish (like ours) isn't great. The rooms are very clean and cosy with very comfy beds. Bathrooms are good and clean with warm showers (hot if you get in early). Breakfast is good, filling and a friendly environment. And they have the best coffee I've had at a hotel/hostel in Peru. Espresso served with a pot of warm milk. Brilliant! Check out is nice and late at noon, but our flight wasn't until late in the evening. They were happy for us to store our stuff while we went and got some lunch, and happy for us to chill around the lounge for a few hours while killing time. They also have a lovely roof terrace if you feel like sitting outside at any point.

Had a great 1 night stay here overnight. Our flight arrived in Lima very late and we flew out the next day to head to Cusco, and this was a super convenient hotel stay by the airport. Outrageous value for your money. The breakfast prepared was superb, nice dining area with a view of the courtyard. Very clean room and common areas. Spacious room. Totally worth it to arrange airport drop off and pick up service through the it's much cheaper and easier and more convenient than booking a taxi at the airport. Great bang for your buck! The owner was also very friendly and funny, made for a pleasant stay. Also, strong wifi!

The key advantages to this place are that it's close to the airport and it's cheap. The area didn't appear dangerous but it was ugly and offered very little in terms of eating options. The B&B has no signage at all and it seems that you are arriving at someone's house, which is exactly true. The family is friendly and they appear to have added a number of VERY cramped rooms above their family home. I wondered if they are registered with the civic, public health and fire authorities. We arrived at 9 pm and left at 7 am and the place served its purpose. The owner took us back to the airport for 15 Soles. I couldn't possibly imagine staying for more than a single night.

Family owned and runned hotel. 5 mins from Airport. Perfect for an overnight stay. Great value. The hotel is built above their family home and has 15 rooms. Breakfast was basic but sufficient, strong coffee and fresh bread. Hot and strong shower water pressure. Airport pick up charges include return trip and the reason they charge what they charge is they have to pay for airport parking while waiting to pick us up. We would definitely stay at B&B Cusing Wasi again if we are passing through Lima. (Tip: recommend packing ear plugs)

This was my first visit to Lima and we arrived late. The hotel owners son in law picked me up from the airport and 20 min later we were at the hotel. The airport was chaotic and the well organised pickup and transfer the following day was appreciated. The hotel is family run and very welcoming. The room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. I found the breakfast excellent although it may be limited for some tastes. The home ground Peruvian coffee in particular was superb.

This was a nice place minutes from the airport. We just needed a place to crash for an early flight. We were picked up promptly and delivered back right on time. I would recommend for a similar situation. Quiet and secure, very nice family.

We stayed here on our last night in Lima as our flight was at 1am we wanted to be close by and have a place to hang out for the evening. It was super cheap which was good but you definitely get what you pay for. The rooms were clean and there was a tv and free wifi. The area was a bit dodgey, we didn’t venture out as the taxi driver told us it was quite dangerous. Also it was quite hard to find, no sign or indication there was a hotel there- it looks like an apartment building or someone’s home. The receptionist was nice and helpful but be aware she didn’t speak a word of English. Hotel is about 5mins drive from the airport.

Nice place , near the airport, quiet place, comfortable rooms, helpfull staff, airport transfer, good breakfast, good value for money, all is clean, staff speaks english (not typical for this destination)

Great budget stopover. Close to the airport, with taxi transfers at modest cost an optional extra. The rooms were basic, but clean and well presented, with traditional pictures on the walls. The ensuite was also clean with a superb power shower which helped to refresh and blast away the jet lag. The staff were most attentive, especially Julio, who drove the taxi and made us a delicious breakfast - freshly squeezed orange juice, scrambled eggs and exceptional crusty bread, accompanied by a range of teas, or the owner’s blend of coffee - strong, flavoursome and another antidote to fatigue! Overall, a most pleasant stay which has set us up for our Andean holiday.

This family-run B&B is close to the airport, comfortable, and clean. The hospitality extended by Julio, his wife, and daughter Patty was fabulous. The included breakfast adds to the already-awesome value. The room had 2 single beds and a private bathroom, nicely tiled, hot water, and good towels. The optional, additional pick-up and drop-off service from/to the airport and bus station is excellent. I used it three times during my trip; it was especially nice to have when I was solo. Julio was waiting at the airport with a sign with my name. He stayed with us at the bus station until he checked in our bags, escorted us to buy snacks, and took us to the departure lounge. He's very personable as is Patty, his daughter, and his wife. This lodging was recommended by a trekking company in Huaraz, and they arranged for Julio's wife to make me dinner at the B&B on my return through Lima. It was excellent and you won't find a better value.
