Hotel was nice enough but walking to the station at night could be problematic be cause the station was next to an area of derelict building and gangs of youths hanging around.

In need of complete refurbishment. Very basic.

The hotel really needs closing whilst extensive renovation takes place. Even a refurbed room wasn't good. Paint slapped over walls that really should be stripped. The toilet was separate to the bathroom, but basically in a cupboard. The condition of the toilet was disgusting and it wasn't even secured properly to the floor, so rocked. Exposed wires in corridors and ceilings that definitely needed urgent replacement. The area is quite dodgy and didn't feel safe. There was a charge for parking a vehicle which was not listed and although it quoted a price inclusive of charges, taxes etc, we were still charged extra. Breakfast was very basic too. Staff were friendly but overworked.

Dirty!

The room was absolutely disgusting! Filthy stained floors and some muck stuck to the carpet, my skin crawled just lying on top of the bed. You could hear someone sneeze 4 rooms away and the elevator all night. Would not recommend.

Functional rooms, tired and worn out; ok for a night. Certainly wouldn’t pay full price (over a hundred euros) for it. Breakfast buffet is passable. Conveniently located to get to Lille Centre and as well as out.

nice staff was the highlight. the room was ok but tired, there was work being done and assume the rooms are being refurbished. The downside is the location,this area of Lille is dire, as a stop and sleep it was all we were looking for. the breakfast was ok. we have stayed around Lille before and we will be going back to those hotels in the future.

Convenient hotel to visit Lille and surroundings

Nothing special but good value for the price and easy to find. The staff were very friendly and we're genuinely concerned that I had a good stay, I had not expected to pay 7 Euro extra for parking but may not have read the fine print clearly enough. The breakfast was good value.

Good on route hotel

Stayed here one night on the way to the Mosel Valley. It is very close to the motorway from Calais to Trier so easy to find. The hotel was comfortable buffet breakfast was good. They charge 7 euros a night to park in the covered secure car park which is essential because you are on a busy main road several hundred yards from the motorway.I would use it again.

Convenient going to the University of Lille by car

Overall nice experience. Bus in front of the hotel takes you to the center. Very easy way on going and coming back for the university of Lille if you have or rented a car. Nice Expedia price, and 3 take away stores across the road.
