The property itself offers a two-level outdoor pool and whirlpool spa overlooking the ocean, along with a designer golf course. Ninini Beach is about a half mile walk.

The adjacent resort, Timbers Kauai, is undergoing renovation through May 14, 2025. There may be construction noise during normal business hours.

This spacious 2-bedroom villa offers the luxury accommodations everyone wants. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed with plush bedding, TV, a door to the furnished patio or balcony, and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower, tub and dual vanities. The guest bedroom offers a king bed with plush bedding, TV, and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. The separate living room offers a queen pull out sleeper sofa, large TV, a phone, and door to the furnished patio.
