I stayed for a week in this hotel. It is officially a 4 star hotel however I think it's not really worth 4 stars. When you enter the hotel it looks quite luxury however if you enter the room and have a look to the hallway or elevator it's really out of date. The breakfast is ok but not 4 star worthy. They have everything you need tough however there is not really much variety in food. The staff on the other hand is really kind and helpful and the service is also up to standard.

Spent a couple of nights there, the room was a bit small, the king size bed is actually two twins reunited... the old bathroom is extremely small and there is no space at all to store toiletries, paper toilet is very cheap, no mini bar (they sell mini bar things at reception). Rooms overlooking the courtyard are a better choice than the river ones because of the traffic noice. Breakfast is average and not replenished sufficiently but there are some good points like the crepes and waffles. Worth mentioning though there is a good selection of gluten free breads for those who need it Parking is on site either overground or underground, it is a little tricky to find at first.

The hotel was very nice with very friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent and varied. The room was very clean and spacious. The only downside the shower head was clogged by the limestone. Good value for money

My wife and I were having a holiday touring by car in Belgium/France and Germany. Sadly since arranging the trip my wife has been diagnosed with cancer and we have had to cancel all aspects of the trip. We had booked a number of hotels, some personally and others through Booking.com. All the hotels except this one had no cancellation fees up to 24 hours before arrival - we have given at least 8 days notice. I accept that in the booking.com form it says full payment to be made if cancelling - BUT why has every other hotel been so helpful - you would have thought with such good notice they should have no need to take the full amount unless say the room is not re-let. Needless to say we will not visit this hotel or the Ramada chain again.

I hadn't stayed in a Ramada hotel before, room was spacious but quite basic, it looked out onto quay/road with some street noise but I was told I couldn't change since the room was fully booked, wouldn't really look forward to staying in this hotel again but I was unable to find a better one in Liege, staff in bar/restaurant were quite nice so that was one saving grace I suppose

The staff was very professional and attentive...even though my stay was pleasant with no problems they always smiled and greeted me when I walked through the lobby...rooms are large and we'll appointed..the housekeeping staff was very proactive and did a great job tidying up my room each day....

We Made a threeday trip to Luik and enjoyed it very mutch. The Ramada hotel is a great place to be with friendly staff and nice rooms. we missed hotel info in our room and a guideline for the airconditioning.

We visited this hotel two weeks ago and were delighted with most aspects of it. The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. The only criticism was a lack of drawer space. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the dining room. Everywhere was very clean and we would have no hesitation in visiting again.

My wife and I were on a coach tour to Belgium and stayed at the Ramada December 1 to 4. After reading some of the remarks published here I was rather apprehensive. However, our experience was totally positive: a quiet room (despite being opposite the three lifts!), comfortable beds, nice bathroom etc. The buffet breakfast was very good, offering a choice of hot foods and a range of items one expects for a 'continental' breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and cheerful, particularly the reception people. The view from our room was disappointing (we looked out onto a blank wall of the neighbouring apartment block) but we weren't in the room long enough for that to bother us). The dining room was, like the separate breakfast room, in the old Convent. It offered a quite good menu but be warned - the portions are ENORMOUS, and neither my wife nor I could finish them. Why entitle this review as "Nice to return"? Well, about 7 years ago we stayed at the same hotel, except then it was called the Bedford. The Ramada group has remodelled the huge reception area and generally improved the decorations and fittings elsewhere. A very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Stayed for one night on the way to Germany. I like a Ramada they are always comfortable. Good bed and a pillow menu but expensive evening food. The breakfast was really good lots of choice in a really nice dining room. The staff were very pleasa.nt
