Perfect location with amazing rooftop !

Perfect apartment in the historic center: well furnished with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, air conditioning and an amazing rooftop. The establishment has its own restaurant in a typical atmosphere. The food was excellent! We recommend the place because we'll come back.

Above busy bar, no lift.

We found the flat quite impractical for a family with lots of luggage, because it could only be reached via steep staircase with no lift. The location is central right next to hotel de ville, but the flat itself is above a busy bar and we were not too happy with that either.

Top floor 2 bed apartment

The 77 steps to our top floor apartment were hard work carrying our luggage. Apartment is OK, soft seating not comfortable and inadequate for four. Weather didn't allow us to use the terrace much but should be noted that access to it is through one of the bedrooms. Facilities were good - washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge, TV, air con. Decent shower too

Looks are deceiving

The apartment has been done up to look very modern, but it can't hide that there is a very old building underneath. The place is quite noisy, taking a warm shower audibly strained the water supply and the stairs up are steep and narrow (avoid it if you have heavy luggage or are of weaker health, seriously). While the location is fantastic, and the staff friendly, this apartment really isn't worth the money.

Accueil deplorable

La personne du bar la maison du Peket qui etait chargée de nous accueillir a été odieuse. A mon arrivée au lieu de dire bonjour, elle a soufflé et continué son service en disant qu elle était débordée ! Elle a discute avec des clients en terrasse puis rempli des bacs de sirop en m ignorant. Dur accueil aprÚs 8h de route....

Superbe et trÚs bien situé

Excellent Appart-hĂŽtel, parfaitement bien situĂ© en centre-ville (mais au calme Ă  part peut-ĂȘtre certains samedis soir oĂč l'on entend, de maniĂšre trĂšs diffuse, les basses du KaraokĂ© Ă  proximitĂ©). Son seul dĂ©faut, si c'en est un, c'est de ne pas avoir d'ascenseur (j'ai comptĂ© 60 marches jusqu'au troisiĂšme). Tout le reste est parfait ! TrĂšs lumineux possĂ©dant beaucoup d'espaces (2 chambres et un immense salon-salle Ă  manger-cuisine), il est parfaitement bien Ă©quipĂ© pour y passer une nuit ou un mois complet. On se croirait presque chez soi. L'accueil est formidable (il faut rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s, juste au pied de l'immeuble, Ă  la brasserie situĂ©e Ă  gauche de son entrĂ©e). Les loueurs sont souriants, aimables, de bon conseil et Ă  l'Ă©coute de toute demande. Proche des commerces et des moyens de transport (dont on peut presque se passer car tout est relativement concentrĂ© sur une zone que l'on peut faire Ă  pied pour un marcheur moyen), c'est l'endroit idĂ©al pour visiter la vieille ville et ses abords. Nous y avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able week-end ! Si je reviens Ă  LiĂšge, je saurais oĂč aller....

Superfin stor lÀgenhet, modernt o snyggt inrett. Rent och frÀscht. Vi trivdes verkligen. VÀldigt prisvÀrt. Centralt lÀge med fin utsikt över staden, lite svÄrt dock att hitta parkeringsplats om man som vi kommer med bil. Finns ingen reception sÄ man fick hÀmta nyckeln i en bar, funkar bra. Vi kom dock lite sent pÄ kvÀllen sÄ barnen tyckte det var lite jobbigt att sitta o vÀnta i en bar. Rekommendera verkligen.

CƓur de Liùge trùs bel appartement

TrĂšs bel appartement, confortable, bien Ă©quipĂ© : ingrĂ©dients de base pour la cuisine, sel, poivre, huile, produits mĂ©nagers BĂątisse ancienne avec beaucoup de charme. En revanche la localisation prĂšs des arrĂȘts de bus et des cafĂ©s rend le logement bruyant mais c'est le prix Ă  payer lorsque l'on veut ĂȘtre en plein centre de la vie liĂ©geoise. La deuxiĂšme chambre qui donne sur l'arriĂšre elle est trĂšs calme. Accueil trĂšs sympathique et efficace. Ne pas hĂ©siter Ă  demander les bonnes adresses du quartier.
