Great property, fascinating city

Very interesting accommodation over four floors. Very clean and great facilities. Some very steep staircases so good mobility is a must - no problem for us though. Liege is a unique and unpretentious city and it is true when they say it has a surprise around every corner. We really liked it.

Horrible quartier, extrĂȘmement sale des seringues Ă  notre porte, bruyant c’est peu dire, la location est au dessus d’une boite de nuit oĂč la musique s’arrĂȘte Ă  8 heures du matin ! Impossible de stationner. Ça c’est pour l’environnement !La location maintenant : on a l’impression Ă  certains endroits que l’on va passer Ă  travers le plancher, la machine Ă  cafĂ© est plus qu’en bout de course, le lave-vaisselle se mets en anomalie (est-ce au locataire de s’assurer si il manque du liquide de rinçage ou du sel
)Les tiroirs Ă  vaisselle vont un jour tomber sur les pieds de quelqu’un. La porte de la cabine de douche n’est plus Ă©tanche, inondation de salle de bain Ă  chaque fois. 
on a du mal Ă  comprendre pourquoi cette location est encore en ligne ! C’est une imposture !!!

TrÚs mauvaise expérience

Une trĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience ! en dĂ©placement avec des Ă©tudiants pour Erasmus. La maison Ă  des vices cachĂ©s : - chauffage qui ne marche pas - pas d'isolation en bas et dans les chambres du haut. - pas de local poubelle - pas de matĂ©riels pour faire le mĂ©nage, aspirateur non fonctionnel (demande par mail et par tĂ©lĂ©phone) - un devant de maison sale et trĂšs mal frĂ©quenter ! - une boite de nuit qui ouvre jusqu'a 8h le matin ! appartement insonorisĂ© nous Ă©tions en boite de nuit mĂȘme Ă  l'Ă©tage ! - souris dans l'appartement sous l'evier ! (mange les courses) - pas de rideaux ou volet pour les chambres. -porte de douche qui ferme une fois sur trois correctement. - Bruit de quartier comme si on vivait dehors avec les personnes. - un Ă©tendoir de linge pour 8 personnes. - des escaliers trĂšs Ă©troits, compliquĂ© pour les valises et trĂšs dangereux. - Un lustre au salon qui se dĂ©croche a peine quand on marche dans la chambre du haut. - machine Ă  laver en bas dans le couloir aprĂšs un escalier en tourbillon. - ruelle pour acceder Ă  la maison trĂšs sombre et mal frĂ©quenter. Nous sommes déçue de cette hĂ©bergement, malheureusement.

Goed verblijf, wel geluidsoverlast

We hebben een goed verblijf gehad, het verblijf was schoon. Wel was er bij de buren elke dag feest tot 7:00 sochtends hier hoorden we veel van. Verder is er 1 badkamer met wc en douche met 8 man is dat wat onhandig.

roomy house, which fit perfectly for a holiday with friends, with a long lobby where you can store many bikes. Basic furniture, but there's everything you could need, great!

Prima huis op goede locatie

Het huis zelf is erg mooi en ruim (groter dan op de foto's lijkt), en ligt op een goede locatie op loopafstand van het centrum en een goede supermarkt. Er waren enkele kleine gebreken, zo waren er o.a. geen snijplanken aanwezig in de keuken, en de wifi was niet geweldig (maar werkte wel op de benedenverdieping). Wel keken wij enigzins op bij het inchecken toen we werden begroet met een grap over het niet hebben van een mondkapje en een verbaasde blik toen wij liever geen handen wilden schudden (ten tijde van corona). All in all zeker een mooie locatie.
