Convenient location and very clean rooms. Staff was helpful.

We went to the Transportation museum and needed some where to stay close by. I chose this one because it had a pool for my son and I and a couch for my husband which can not lie down to sleep. It was very clean and quiet. The only minus is that we forgot our candy in the refrigerator.

Hotel room decor is very dated. There was mold in the bathroom grout. There is no WiFi available at the hotel. For $130.00 a night I expect a lot more. Staff was very friendly though.

Checked in late and left early, but the facility was generally clean. I think a guest had just recently spilled a beer in the elevator, but that was an exception to the overall building. Doesn't that guest know that spilling beer is alcohol abuse?

Never stayed ay a Country Suites before. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was just passing though on the way home from an extensive road trip. I wanted advice on dinner and the woman at the front desk (don't recall her name) was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Check in was a breeze the room was clean and pretty quiet except for the AC. WIFI was easy to connect and worked well. Breakfast was free and the waffle was pretty good. Asked for a late checkout and that was no problem. All in all a good stay at a decent hotel

The breakfast was very weak but it was the roach in the bathroom that killed me.

The room was clean and warm, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided us with the opportunity to check out later than planned. Although the parking lot was behind our room and occasionally we could hear traffic, I sleep with earplugs so this was not an issue for me. The location is central to the downtown area, close to the VA, and within reach of numerous restaurants.

The hotel staff were great. The hotel itself needs some serious updating. The bathrooms are poorly lit and the sink is in an "alcove" outside the toilet and tub area which makes the area very tight. The air conditioning didn't work very well and the room got hot and stuffy during the night. We told the front desk staff the next morning and they adjusted our bill for us! Great! The breakfast is the usual coffee and donuts with some cold breakfast sandwiches but we opted for Cracker Barrell across the street. The location of the hotel is hard to find if you aren't coming in from the east on the interstate. It's at the end of a frontage road and a little difficult to find.

There for a job interview, but had family join me at the hotel in Salisbury. Clean, no problem with a late check-in b/c of flight delay, and very comfortable rooms.

not bad, hotel staff stripped the beds and took my grandaughters stuffed animal that was on the bed and washed it, I had to call the front desk and tell them to look for it, luckily they found it and a disaster was avoided. stayed over 4th of July and they were not prepared for the crowds at breakfast as they ran out of milk and very limited food.

The staff was very nice. We liked the "extras" (popcorn & fresh baked cookies) and the free breakfast. The room was perfect size, clean & comfy. The pool was occupied for a LONG time by a flood of people, when they left, it was filthy and we didn't want to stay in long. Our room was on the "interstate" side of the building and there was a lot of traffic noise. But the location was great, we felt safe and that's what mattered most to me.

Great Room to stay in. The breakfast was good too. We just needed a place to stay while we went to the Transportation Museum to see Thomas the Train. If we make this trip again, we will definitely stay here again.
