Great stay

This downtown home was a great place to stay for my daughter's graduation at Rupp Arena which was only one block away! Home was spacious w all necessities including, sheets, towels, soap, shampoo & kerig coffee.

The property very nice and the location was very convenient. The condo is very spacious with large bedrooms. Entry instructions and communication with the host were easy and they were responsive. My only comment was the parking spaces are very tight, as we have a big car.

The condo was listed as 2/2 bedrooms, it is actually 3/3. The shower in one was very poor water pressure so the 3rd came in handy. Parking is hard but all of lexington is. Several rooms looked like they needed repairs, such as obvious water damage in the bedrooms baseboard. Just needs updates. Sirens very loud at night but next to hospital so that is nobodies fault. Overall I would rate as average.
