Our unit has a private living room, fully stocked kitchen kitchen, 2 private bedrooms, 1 Full Bathroom, & filled with character and charm. You will have no problem finding somewhere to spend your time together or alone while staying with us.

Our dining table is located in the kitchen and seats 2guests. You can enjoy cooking in our kitchen apartment, and all the utensils needed to prepare your favorite dishes. We have well equipped our kitchen for all of your culinary needs.

We are also within a short walking distance to local Downtown eateries and bars. Our property is located directly above the restaurant Brown Barrel. Reach out to our team for some of our favorite recommendations. We provide a house manual at the property with additional local restaurants in Frankfort and surrounding Central KY.

SLEEP
This charming home has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds memory foam mattresses. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while our second bedroom has a queen bed. We do provide all linens for beds and a set of towels per guests. The two bedrooms will share the two full bathrooms located in the hallway.

Even though we are centrally located, we do recommend guests use their personal vehicle to get around Frankfort.

We came into town for a wedding and this apartment was the perfect spot to stay overnight. The apartment was very clean with comfortable furniture, and a Kentucky bourbon theme. Towels, washcloths, soaps, and bedding were provided. Check-in was easy. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This is a great place where I stayed to visit my son who is in Frankfort for the summer. Perfect location to walk to many restaurants and stores and easy access to venture to Lexington for other activities. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Property was very nice- had everything we needed except that the internet was weak. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all supplies except foodstuffs, Plenty of coffee pods, laundry pods were available too. The location was great for walking around the city. Parking was not difficult at all. One thing we needed was instructions on how to lock the keypad door.

We were very pleased with it. The only slight thing was the bathroom door was hard to close as it was sagging a bit. But the rest of the place made up for that and more. Very nicely done. Thank you and we will be staying again.

Parents night away to Buffalo Trace Event

Perfect location. Great ambiance in the vrbo. Easy checkin and out. All of the toiletries and coffee pod options you could imagine were avaiable which was a nice touch. Easy walks to breakfast lunch or dinner and short drive around major attractions. Great location.
