Older property that could use sprucing up, however the cost was reasonable. What made the difference to make me want to stay here again was the super kind, friendly, competent staff. From the guy who just started who checked me in, to the overnight guy with whom I checked out. Very kind and reinforces the kindness of people in Kentucky. Would stay there again.

First time staying with a Quality Inn hotel and I was impressed. The manager Adam was awesome and a great help . The entire staff was friendly including the woman during breakfast who worked that area . The indoor pool was clean and nice . The rooms were clean and bed comfortable.Plenty of stores for shopping and gas stations in the area . I would definitely stay here again !

Definitely not the nicest hotel I have stayed in. The comforter had a big hole in it and the stuffing was coming out on the one bed. The headboard had drip marks that had dried. I did bring this to the front desk attention and she made me feel a bit better that she was certain it was from a spray cleaner that never got wiped off. The sink and shower drains had buildup that just need scrubbed. The pool was very very gross and dirty. Right above the water line you can see grime and dirt and people have literally scratched their namesake other words in it. I would say the area seemed a bit rowdy and seemed like a lot of locals came there to stay/party. I’m not totally dogging this hotel because I have stayed in worse and well we survived but there are many things they could do to make it better. I would not recommend in general if you can find a different hotel. But at the end of our stay when I brought up issues the lady did seem to care and apologized and said she would look into things.

$50 was charged to my card which I still haven’t gotten back upon check in that I wasn’t made aware was being charged. Tried to turn up the heat in the room, it was set to stop at 65, had a toddler with me, this was entirely too cold. Things left in drawers from previous guest, not very clean room. Lobby was clean however. Refused to give me a receipt at checkout because I booked through third party although I’ve never had a problem obtaining a receipt when booking in this fashion at other locations. I needed the receipt for reimbursement of cost. Location was difficult to find although it was listed as being close to Shriners for children, it was 20 minutes away. Could hear the tv in the next room the entire night. Overall a very poor experience. Will not be staying again.

I went through Expedia to pay for room I was gonna stay 2 nights but my daughter got out hospital so we checked out earlier than planned the manager said they couldn’t refund my card because we went through Expedia the manager said contact Expedia and have them contact quality inn and they would refund my card so Expedia did that and quality inn wouldn’t refund my card I tried calling quality inn several times they won’t call me back manager is never there when I call I left message for him to call back so I will never come back to this hotel and I will not recommend it to no one
