Great Service, Building in Need of Updates

The woman who checked us in was amazing! She was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The actual hotel room was sort of run down. The floor was damaged, and in the bathroom there was a huge rust stain behind the toilet. There was also a used bandaid in my son’s bed sheet, which we were hoping was washed.

Our truthful experience

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is good as it is close to shops and restaurants and the highway. The hotel is starting to show wear and can definitely use maintenance. Cleanliness is OK, but truthfully, could be better. The biggest negative was that our room was not soundproofed very well, you could hear way too much. We had a couple of nights that were quiet and peaceful and unfortunately, we had several nights that were loud and disruptive because of obnoxious inconsiderate guests that were also staying at the hotel. I think the staff really needs to do a better job mitigating unruly guests. There’s no reason why someone should be loud and disruptive for hours. They should be addressed immediately and told to quiet down, and if they continue to be unruly or disrespectful , then they should be kicked out of the hotel.

I had a great stay here you must ask if you need your room cleaned otherwise they just knock on your door at 830am every day asking if you need new towels breakfast was good and coffee all day staff is frendly

I enjoyed the fact they had a hot breakfast. Everyday. The beds were soft. Everything was clean, hot water pressure was great. Even though it was a stand up shower. I very much enjoyed my stay
