Located 4 km from Lesperon and its amenities, you will enjoy a peaceful environment, ideal for relaxing with family or friends.
Spread over two levels, the house offers on the ground floor a spacious 75 m² patio opening onto a private 1,000 m² garden. There is a comfortable living area for 8 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated children’s space. A laundry room completes this level.
Upstairs, a bright 70 m² living room features a cozy lounge with smart TV and wood stove, as well as a modern kitchen. The sleeping area has two large bedrooms for up to 8 guests. A spacious bathroom with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower completes the floor.
Built with eco-friendly materials and excellent insulation, the house ensures year-round thermal and acoustic comfort.
