Total floor area: 126 m² including attic areas. Private outdoor space with deckchairs and garden furniture. Next to the village school, the location of the Erellaz cottage allows you to take advantage of all the activities offered on the Bauges massif. In winter, the ski slopes of the Margériaz snow stadium are 12 km away and the cross-country ski slopes of St François de Sales 12 km away. In summer, the Iles du Chéran leisure center 1.5 km away offers swimming and other recreational and nautical activities. Parking possible in front of the cottage or in the parking lot of the Town Hall, opposite the road. The price is all-inclusive (cleaning included) and the beds are made upon your arrival.
