Apartment on the ground floor of a house including the owners' professional premises and another tourist accommodation upstairs: access from the small village square by a step down from the alley then several steps in the gîte to go from one room to another: kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms including 1 without window to the outside (1 double bed 140x190 cm + 1 bunk bed 2 people 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), bathroom (shower + wc). Public parking in the street. Ski and bicycle storage. La Compagnie du Bourg is ideally located in the heart of Châtelard. A former 18th-century Savoyard house, it has been renovated to offer two apartments for adventurers, families, and even passing hikers. Elise and Mathilda took over this house, once run by their father, and added their mountain office to it, offering a multitude of activities for all ages. The rooms are spacious, and all linens are included, as are tips for making sure you don't miss anything in the region. In the heart of the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park, a privileged location between lake and mountain, halfway between the beaches of Lake Bourget and Lake Annecy (35 km). Many family resorts nearby: Aillons-Margeriaz 22 km, Savoie Grand Revard 26 km, Le Semnoz 30 km. All amenities and shops are within walking distance, as well as small craft shops.
