Welcome to this charming studio renovated in 2012, nestled in a small residence, ideally located just 400 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the famous Arago Market. Its privileged location offers you the opportunity to fully enjoy your stay without the need for a car, with all amenities within reach.

On the 1st floor without elevator, this studio has been designed to offer you a functional and comfortable living space. As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by an entrance with cupboard. The bright living room includes a BZ 140 bench seat, as well as an equipped kitchen area. The bathroom with WC completes the layout of this holiday cocoon.

The equipment available to you has been carefully selected to meet your needs. You will find a refrigerator, a mini-oven, a microwave, 2 electric hotplates, a flat screen TV for your moments of relaxation, as well as a small equipped balcony where you can enjoy your meals outdoors.

For your comfort and peace of mind, a garage is available to accommodate a small car. Please note that pets are not allowed in this rental.
