This seasonal rental with shared pool for 2 adults and 2 children is ideally placed for a wonderful seaside holiday. Nearby you can enjoy the attractions of Luna Park and the cycle paths which provide access to the sea through the woods.


Whether you want your children to discover the pleasures of the sea or you are looking for calm and tranquility for bike or foot trips on the Atlantic coast, you can, according to your needs, fully enjoy your holidays in Charente-Maritime.

The rental consists of two bedrooms, ideal for four people.

The master bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a storage cabinet with mirror. The secondary bedroom is located on the mezzanine, in which two 90 cm beds are available. This room is accessible by a staircase from the living room.

The 12 m² living room has a three-seater sofa, a TV unit with DVD player. The living room opens directly onto the terrace.

The exterior is completely fenced. The outside entrance is through a small gate which gives onto the terrace. This is shaded according to your wish thanks to the blind.

The terrace is fully tiled.

Nous avons passés un tres bon séjour , le logement est idelement situés si vous etes véhiculé... les plage familiale a la palmyre ne sont pas extra par contre les tres belles plages de la tremblade valent le detour( la bouverie ,la pointe espagnole ou encore la plage de la courbe)

Super accueil à notre arrivée, notre hôte était très agréable, la maison très propre, quelques produits de première nécessité à disposition.La maison est petite mais très bien agencée. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants et c’était parfait. La cour est mignonne, une grande table pour manger, des transats, un petit barbecue. Des accessoires de jeux disponibles pour nous.La piscine propre, pas trop de monde et grande.Bref nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et nous reviendrons ! Merci !

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La location est très propre et fonctionnelle (on ne maque de rien). Une belle propriété dans un parc avec piscine, terrain de tennis, pétanque et ping-pong... sans oublier le bel étang (nous avons pu nourrir les canards et les biquettes !!! ) Tout en étant dans un endroit calme, nous avons apprécié la proximité du centre ville, des activités, du Luna Park et des nombreuses visites à faire dans cette belle région. Nous tenons à remercier la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous avons même eu droit à une belle corbeille de fruits et des boissons fraiches à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ;-)

le logement est assez petit pour quatre adultes nous recommandons cette location pour un couple avec enfants sinon location tres propre et tres bien equipée petit bemol les toilettes dans la salle de bain bonne endroit pour passer des vacances au calme la residence est tres calme et la piscine a deux pas du logement est tres appreciable
