Un emplacement parfait, calme, près du lac et du centre de Léon. Nous avons tout fait en vélo. La maison est parfaite pour profiter d'un repas en terrasse, bouquiner dans une chaise longue, rester au chaud dans la grande pièce de vie et jouer aux jeux de société mis à disposition. Helène a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable.Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour en famille à Léon. Le gite est top, très bien aménagé, très fonctionnel et super agréable. Nous avons bien profité aussi de l'espace extérieur et du prêt des vélos.. Merci à Hélène pour ses bons conseils, son accueil et sa communication. A recommander sans hésitation.

schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Grundstück

Schönes Ferienhaus mit zwei Terrassen auf einem großen Grundstück in der Nähe des Sees. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. An Ausstattung alles vorhanden, was man braucht mit zwei guten Fahrrädern. Mit Option auch den Poolbereich des benachbarten Campingplatzes zu nutzen. Wir haben die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Hausschatten nach dem Strandaufenthalt (15 Min mit dem Auto) sehr genossen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft.

Un Séjour Inoubliable entre Amis

Nous avons vécu des vacances absolument fantastiques entre amis ! Dès notre arrivée, tout s'est déroulé à merveille, sans le moindre souci. La propriétaire, d'une grande gentillesse, nous a prodigué des recommandations précieuses qui ont enrichi notre expérience. La résidence, spacieuse et accueillante, était le cadre parfait pour notre groupe de 4 à 6 personnes. Nous avons pu profiter de moments de convivialité inoubliables, que ce soit autour d'un bon repas ou lors de nos soirées animées. En somme, ce séjour a été une véritable réussite, et nous avons hâte de revenir !

emplacement au top avec des enfants

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison idéalement placée. elle est jolie, bien équipée et très propre. Le jardin permet aux enfants de jouer en toute sécurité. le centre ville et le Lac sont facilement accessibles à pieds. les deux vélos en prêt sont un plus pour explorer les alentours ! Un grand merci à Hélène pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Maison idéale pour une famille

Maison ancienne rénovée ayant conservé tout son charme. Disposition des pièces bien répartie , espace cuisine et séjour et un espace dédié à la nuit avec les chambres. Literie excellente. Aménagement complet des pièces avec tout le confort. Maison fraîche en été. Grand espace à l'extérieur avec terrasse bois aménagée. Local vélos et machine à laver . Maison pouvant accueillir 6 personnes sans difficulté. Excellente prestation.

Propriétaire très accueillante et disponible, la maison est grande, propre et suffisamment équipée: -malgré l'absence de tv, des jeux de société et livres sont à disposition). -cuisine avec four, micro-onde, lave vaisselle, cafetière -lave-linge,BBQ bois -2 terrasses Le village comporte les commerces nécessaires et un marché quotidien. Le lac est très proche, il y a tout de même un peu de circulation en journée mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour, il y a beaucoup d'activités à faire en famille et de lieux à découvrir dans cette région. A recommander

Location au top

Très belle maison avec un grand jardin à proximité du lac, environnement calme. L’aménagement de la maison est splendide et très fonctionnel. La propriétaire est très à l’écoute et serviable. Si l’opportunité se présente nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
