The lakeside cottage nestled on the edge of the lake and the hiking trail is located on the upper floor of the owner's house and offers: - a fitted living room/kitchen (a top-of-the-range fridge, oven, 2 induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave, multifunction oven, television) - 2 bedrooms (one with a 160cm Murphy bed and a small balcony with lounge furniture and lake view), the other with two 80cm beds, - a bathroom (shower, sink, radiator), - separate toilet. The bedroom with the 140cm bed transforms into a living room with a real sofa positioned in front of it, which folds down in a single, smooth motion (television). Electric heating, shared washing machine in the ground floor pantry. Access via a private outdoor staircase. Adjoining the owner's cottage below, there is another cottage upstairs and another on the ground floor. Ground-level terrace under the stairs, with garden furniture and an electric grill. As soon as the weather is nice, a wide range of water sports and outdoor recreation are available at the lake, and for fishing enthusiasts, you'll only have to go 10 meters to cast your line.
