The garden-side cottage nestles on the edge of the lake and the hiking trail and is located on the upper floor of the owner's house. A fitted living room-kitchen (a top-mounted refrigerator, oven, two induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave, and multifunction oven) offers a small balcony-terrace with garden furniture. The cottage has two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed, the other with two single beds), a bathroom (shower, sink, radiator), and a separate toilet. Electric heating (heating package from October to the end of April), shared washing machine in the ground floor pantry. Access via a private outdoor staircase.
