Beautifully restored 3 bedroom detached house in the very heart of the vibrant and trendy Leigh on Sea Broadway moments from the bars, boutiques, galleries and coffee shops and just a short walk to the sea. A collaboration between Mother and Daughter, Interior Designer, Nathalie Brandajs and Artist, Caron Brandajs, who transformed and beautifully styled this period property. Newly fitted open plan kitchen/dining with separate utility room, bifold doors opening up onto a secluded courtyard with an illuminated awning and patio heaters for alfresco dining. A stunning lounge, which can be converted into an addtional bedroom, with private luxury shower room. The master suite features a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. Two further bedrooms, a double and a single which is complemented by a luxury fitted bathroom suite with bath. Two parking spaces, one off street and one allocated space with electric car charger.
