Great stay close to cologne

The stay is ok except I have to carry my luggage to climb 2 floors of stair. Everything is clean and very well maintain. Parking is not clear and we just left it in the public parking. No service at all as it is a self check in hotel. 20 mins away from downtown cologne. Everything is great and I would recommend it!

Kontaktloser Check-In hat reibungslos funktioniert und Zahlung mit EC-Karte war möglich. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war der spärlich gefüllte Getränke&Snackautomat, der am Morgen (Kaffee) leider gar nicht funktioniert hat. Aber dafür hab’s den Bäcker gegenüber.

Konnten wegen des Coroana Virus das Hotel nicht in Anspruch nehmen weil die Geburtstagsfeier abgesagt worden ist. Sind leider auf den Kosten für das Hotel sitzengeblieben.

Moderne nette schone hotelkamer met voldoende verlichting en twee nachtkastjes. Fijne badkamer met douche. Kluis en waterkokertje op de kamer. Mooi uitzicht vanaf de kamer en vriendelijk personeel. Klein nadeel is dat er geen netflix op d3 tv kan terwijl dit staat aangegeven en dat de kerkklokken goed te horen zijn op de kamer.

Der aufzug zum Hotel war schon rechtvalg und hat gestunken. Der chekin war katastrophal unser name war falsch im computer. Das zimmer ok doppelbett ok hatten allerdings für 2 Personen gebucht bekamen aber nur bettdecke und kissen für einen. Das tablet funktionierte nicht so konnten wir die heizung nicht einschalten. Alles in allem wenn alles vernünftige gewesen wäre hätte es für eine nacht gereicht.

Log in am Automaten umständlich. Für zwei Zimmer muß man alles zwei mal eingeben. Für alte Menschen ist das Hotel nicht geeignet. Die kommen mit der ganzen Technik nicht klar.Nachts auch mal laut. Türen knallen. sonst ganz OK

In diesem Hotel lernt man Größe schätzen. Leider ist der Platz sehr begrenzt. ein paar Zentimeter wären gut gewesen. Die technische Ausstattung ist zwar Top. Nur wer braucht schon ein Tablett PC auf dem Zimmer? Zum Arbeiten nutzt man doch den eigenen Rechner.
