Bedroom with double bed and possibly Extra bed for 1 child, another double sofa bed in the living room, large west terrace with shading.
Ideal for exploring the Rhineland and the Bergisches Land; Cologne and Düsseldorf as well as the Ruhr area are easily accessible by car or train (5 minutes to the A 3 and A 542, 2 minutes. Walk to the next bus stop, 10 minutes on foot to the train station).
Ideal for visits to trade fairs in Cologne and Düsseldorf or for professional stays, e.g. B. at companies in Cologne, Düsseldorf Leverkusen (Chem-Park) and Solingen.
Enjoy the peace in a central location, also the beautiful flower city Leichlingen (10 min. Sehr nette Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt,sehr ruhige Lage!! .
Wohnzimmer und Küche sind eins getrennt durch einen Raumteiler aber sehr gut gemacht,Schlafzimmer und Bad befindet sich in der unteren Etage erreichbar über eine Treppe.
Vermieter Wohnt gleich nebenan,also wenn es Fragen gibt schnell erreichbar.Parkplatz in der Nebenstraße muss man sich suchen,aber haben immer einen gefunden.
Soweit alles okay,kann ich besten empfehlen .

Fast wie zu Hause
Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Sehr viel Wohnqualität für den Preis. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit div. Kaffeemaschinen und Geschirrspühler. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind von sehr hoher Qualität! Die Möbel, die Betten und Mattratzen, die Bezüge, die Handtücher, der Parkettboden in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer (plus sehr dicke, schöne Wollteppiche), das groszügige Badezimmer plus eine zusätzliche Toilette, Gartensitzplatz. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Was wünschenswert wäre, wenn alles auf einem Boden wäre, ist aber nicht. Trotz allem, einen sehr hohen Standart der aussergehwöhnlich ist für eine Ferienwohnung - eben fast wie zu Hause :-)
Die Wohngegend ist sehr angenehm und ruhig, gepflegte Umgebung in einer Einfamilienhaus Idylle mit exzellenten Autobahn-Anschlüssen/Verbindungen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, schönes Kaffe in 5 min Fusweg.
