Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The. I’ll was not as advertised, in poor conditions, sheets dirty, toilets disgusting, smelled of septic, and not what was advertised on the internet, the villa was actually different to what was advertised, we asked to be moved but nothing was available and had move to a hotel. The contact numbers were incorrect and the managers were unwilling to rectify the situation and now I have to argue for a refund, not happy at all
